Beverly grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, where she and her husband of over 33 years raised their 3 daughters. Two years after graduating from Bradley University, she began her career in real estate and marketing with her family business. Beverly specialized in the sale of luxury custom homes in Frankfort, IL for almost 20 years. Her experience also included land development and all stages of custom new construction.
An opportunity to partner with her son-in-law, daughter, and a team of 25 others to plant a new church, brought Beverly and her husband, Mike, to Spokane after a brief stop in Denver. She chose to continue her real estate career here with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson because of the ongoing education and training that is offered to best equip her to serve her clients with excellence. The support and resources offered were unmatched!
Beverly enjoys exploring all that Spokane offers with her husband including walking along the Riverfront Park or among the blooms at Manito. They love trying new local restaurants or frequenting one of their many favorite coffee shops. Some of their favorite family memories are from time spent together on the white sand beach of Siesta Key Florida or in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She also loves being “Yaya” to her grandchildren Willa, Birdie and Graham!
