Beverly made the usual worries about selling a house easy. She gave me advice on all the details I needed to concentrate on to make my house market ready. Moving is not fun at all and mine was a lot of hard work, but Beverly made it easy to concentrate on what I needed to do because she was always taking care of the rest. The above asking price accepted offer was made three days after posting. I'm beyond happy and relieved. H

Being new to the area and having high expectations for the home we wanted, Bev was very patient with us as we looked and looked and looked. She never made us feel like we couldn't find what we wanted. All in all we loved working with Bev.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was prepared for a high-stress experience. Bev, however, made the home-buying process as stress-free as possible. She worked hard to seek out what fit my criteria best and was always willing to talk through things with me and answer my questions. I never felt pressured to rush into anything and felt supported by Bev the whole way through.

Bev did a wonderful job walking me through the hard task of selling a home while I lived out of state. She handled every detail of getting the home cleaned and ready, making sure it looked it's best. We ended up selling over asking price as a result! She and her husband even cleaned out the storage shed before closing for us. We had a lot of phone calls and texts and she was an excellent, patient communicator, always explaining my options to me. I would highly recommend you work with Bev for all your real estate needs.
